Quick Turnaround for COVID-19 Respiratory Clinic Fitout

Time was of the essence for Elite’s most recent fitout project, turning a former gym into a respiratory clinic. The Burleigh area did not have a dedicated clinic to assess people with COVID-19 symptoms, so it was imperative that the facility was up and running quickly.

A simple design was created so that the respiratory clinic could be constructed quickly. Elite converted the tenancy into a clinic to cater to the Burleigh and surrounding areas in just eight days.

The new facility features four consult suites, two sterilisation rooms, a reception area and storage room.

The clinic works on an appointment system. Contact is by phone or website – this is to avoid patients having to line up or wait for their test
