Town planning, design and fitout.

Scope

Refurbish external areas of existing building.   Design and fitout internal areas with new reception/waiting area, 4 dental surgeries, state-of-the-art sterilisation area with separate entry and exist for clean/dirty areas, consult room, OPG, admin.

The second level of the dental clinic can be accessed by stairs or by the new elevator that was installed on the ground floor.  The second level space is primarily for future expansion.

Design

The external building has been transformed with charcoal sheet metal cladding, which gives the building an industrial edge.   Beam supports have been painted in the same orange from the brand’s logo and signage.

The design was very good and has great aesthetics.
