Town planning, design and fitout.

Scope

To design and fitout a two-level tenancy medical centre.   The project included:

Level 1 –  11 consult rooms; 2 theatres; 1 nurse station; 3 waiting areas; 2 pathology areas
2 treatment rooms; 1 large open treatment area

Level 2 –  3 physio rooms;  1 psychology area; 1 podiatry area; reception/waiting

Design

The design drew inspiration from the ocean views enjoyed from the premises, with a beachy, fresh look chosen for the fitout.  The main colour scheme of pastel blue, reflects a relaxed, coastal vibe, and is cohesive with the clinic’s location on the Gold Coast.

Elite understood our vision including colours and features, and executed with precision.  Nothing was too difficult, including after service when the project was completed.
