Scope

Elite was engaged again to expand the footprint of the existing practice.   The motivation was driven by the increased demand for veterinary services for cat lovers.

The expansion project was completed in two stages:

Stage 1 – involved the demolition, fit out and integration of the new tenancy  into the existing clinic, resulting in new consult rooms designated specifically for cats.

Stage 2 – Other sections of the existing practice were reconfigured to create additional space for treating dogs.  These areas were for grooming, ISO and a dog ward.

Design

The newly refurbished areas integrate the additional/configured space for both cats and dogs, to meet the practice’s client needs.

Second time using Elite, and they have not disappointed. They have created for us a beautiful clinic that we love and are very proud of . We will forever be grateful to the Elite team for indulging our ideas , mapping them out on paper and bringing them to reality. We highly recommend these guys. They will make your dreams come true.
