Having secured a location for their new medical practice, the owner of The Station on Tanti Family and Women’s Clinic approached Elite Fitout Solutions for assistance with their fitout.
Following our consultative 4-step fitout process, the Elite team took the time to understand the look and feel the owner was looking to achieve, as well as any time or budget restraints.
The owner wanted to incorporate the practice’s branding colours in the design. However, they also wanted to leverage the building’s character to create a light and airy space with a “country” feel. They were also eager to open the practice as soon as possible. To assist with this goal, our team designed a clear timetable program outlining how works would proceed.
The project presented a number of design challenges. The set up of the premises didn’t meet the owners’ needs. And the existing room configuration did not allow for enough consulting rooms, or a designated treatment room. As such, an internal fitout design was developed. This ensured the new medical practice had all the required rooms to function efficiently and provide quality patient care.
The proposed internal layout would have affected the timber floor, impacting the budget and diminishing the premises’ “country” feel. As such, Elite readjusted the design to suit the new layout.
The new design still met the practice’s physical setup needs, but it also fitted into the owner’s timetable and preserved the timber flooring.
Thanks to the time and effort Elite spent in the early planning stages, the fitout was completed on-time according to the strict timeline we had developed in consultation with the owner. This allowed them to open their medical practice as planned.
Judging from their feedback, it’s fair to say that they were thrilled with the result:
“Elite was absolutely fantastic. The process was practically seamless with only a few (well-managed) bumps in the road. Even the aftercare was fantastic. I would highly recommend Elite Fitout as a company!”
