Katie has over 18 years of experience as a qualified interior designer, bringing a deep understanding of how thoughtful design enhances the experience of both healthcare professionals and their patients. After earning an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design Katie started her career as a meticulous designer working within architectural firms. She quickly ascended the professional ladder holding positions such as Lead Designer and Design and Project Co-ordinator. Subsequently she ran her own interior design company for 12 years. More recently, Katie joined Elite as the Design Manager of a team of very experienced building designers, and interior designers. Collectively this team boasts over 50 years’ experience in health care sector design.

Katie is dedicated to crafting environments that enhance well-being, support efficient workflows, and reflect the unique identity of each practice. Her ability to conceptualise and bring design visions to life results in spaces that are both highly functional and inspiring. Katie’s collaborative spirit extends beyond the design team—she builds strong connections with healthcare providers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring a cohesive and synchronised design journey that meets the highest standards of care and excellence.
