Beach-Inspired Look For Specialist Suite

The main influence for the recent design and fitout project at Mowat Urogynaecology was the beach. The beach-inspired design scheme of the specialist suite creates a relaxed atmosphere where patients can feel calm and comfortable.

Elite fitted out the specialist clinic located at Greenslopes Private Hospital. The team worked in conjunction with Style Library for the interior design and finishes.   The new clinic features two consult rooms, staff amenities, reception and waiting area. To minimise noise and inconvenience all work was after hours.  

The space features elements that evoke the calmness of the beach through colour, art, furniture and decor. The large reception desk is a matt white colour with a touch of blue on the bottom of the desk.   Greenery in small pots are located on the reception desk and throughout the office. Bright yellow vases incorporating the owner’s favourite colour into the space.

The light-filled consult rooms evoke a calm and serene atmosphere for staff and patients.

Mowat Urogynaecology’s Dr Alex Mowat said she was “Overall thrilled with our rooms…the team worked hard to make sure we were really happy in the end.”
