Ashmore Podiatry, an established business in the local community for over 25 years, recently engaged Elite Fitout to design and fitout their allied health clinic on the Gold Coast.
The business had outgrown their existing premises and needed a larger space to accommodate their growing practice.
The new clinic is larger in size, with improved flow and function to better serve their clients. Features of the new practice include three large treatment rooms, open reception and waiting area, lab, steri, staff room and office.
The colour scheme is fresh and bright, with light oak flooring complemented by soft hues of blue, and offset by the white walls and ceilings and smoky bark-coloured doors. In the lab and steri areas, the flooring is a warm grey with a concrete look.
A key focus for Elite in designing the clinic was an efficient and effective workflow, particularly in the steri area.
They (Elite) had a full understanding of the importance of an efficient and effective workflow including the layout of sterilisation and infection control flow direction, so imperative to a podiatry clinic.
