Scope

Following the complete destruction of Dr. Howard’s previous clinic due to flooding, Elite was selected to fit out the new space.

Design

In line with the inner-city dental clinic’s location in a heritage-listed building, the client sought a blend of old-world charm and modern functionality. Adhering to strict regulations concerning noise and deliveries, Elite navigated the challenge of the building’s delicate foyer by transporting materials via the fire escape, a procedure communicated to all tenants.
