Design and construction.

Scope

A 3-stage refurbishment of an existing veterinary clinic while the business continued to operate.  The project was completed as a staged project.

Included in the project plan was the expansion of the clinic’s consulting space, doubling the surgery space, new cat and dog wards, an enlarged waiting room, and a complete overhaul of all clinic areas to a gold standard hospital level.

Design

The brief was to modernise, open up and unlock the underutilised spaces.  To achieve this many areas of the building were reconfigured to create a layout that was efficient and effective.

Skylights were added to increase the amount of natural light and a light, warm colour palette was featured throughout the clinic.

We can’t thank Elite enough for the wonderful job that was done in reinventing the Moe Vet Centre.  The patience, professionalism, attention to detail and countless late nights  (or all-nighters it seems) that Aron (Site Supervisor) worked have really paid off and been so appreciated.
