Sleek New Medical Clinic in East Brisbane

Elite recently completed the design and fitout of a brand-new medical clinic in East Brisbane.  Mowbray Park Medical & Dermatology is the first practice for GP Dr James Ling and Dermatologist Dr Natalie Ling and is focused on providing high-quality primary care.  

Located in a busy shopping complex in East Brisbane opposite the iconic Mowbray Park, the new practice is a family oriented medical and dermatology clinic. The medical clinic features seven consult rooms, pathology, nurse office, combined steri/treatment area and staff room.

Design

The clinic features a sleek design, with clean lines featuring throughout the premises.  The striking marble-look reception desk is front and centre as patients enter the practice, complemented by oak flooring and white cabinetry. Expansive windows line two sides of the large reception and waiting area, flooding the room with natural light.   

The waiting room furnishings are simple yet sophisticated, in hues of charcoal grey and white.  Views of the large trees in the adjacent Mowbray Park and greenery in pot plants add to the calming feel of the clinic’s reception and waiting area.

A decorative feature wall curves along the corridor through to the consult rooms.  The wall has floor to ceiling wooden battens that are spaced to catch a glimpse of the darker wall colour underneath.

Natalie and I had a very good experience working with Elite on the design and fitout of our first medical clinic.   They listened to what we wanted, the project was delivered on time, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. 

We are very happy with the end-result and would highly recommend Elite to any medical professional looking for a design and fitout partner.
