Role: To manage the Elite business and team to oversee all aspects of the company’s operations and award-winning 4-Step process.
Experience: Leon took over the reins of General Manager – Operations in 2010. Prior to that he worked large corporations and commercial developers in South Africa; managing a department in Treasury in Canada; and in Australia, managing a charity for rural and remote Australians, as well as running his own consulting company.
Passion: Developing people to build great organisations.
