Creative Colour In Your Practice Environment

Healthcare practice with a neutral colour palette

When it comes to planning your clinic fitout or refurbishment, it’s well worth taking the time to consider the colours and textures that will work in your practice.

The inspiration for the colour choices for your healthcare practice can come from many places – from your clinic location, brand logo, or even your building exterior.

Neutral colours feature in this dental practice fitout

In this blog, we look at three healthcare practice fitouts with very different colour schemes and inspirations.

The designer of this dental clinic drew their inspiration from the outdoors. Earthy accents of burnt orange and rust-red feature in the otherwise neutral space. Colourful and comfortable furniture – along with large potted plants – gives a homely feel to the practice.

This design and fitout project in Miami combines textured wall tiles, light flooring, striking pendant lighting and timber features.  The cool textures and colours took inspiration from its Gold Coast location. The result is a calming and stylish environment for their busy clinic.

Medical clinic with a neural and coastal design scheme

In this medical practice fitout, clean white lines feature throughout, complemented by rich wood tones and dark carpet.  The blues featured in the clinic’s logo are reflected as accent colours and are also used in the seating in the reception and consult rooms.   The added touch of greenery pops against the white walls and reception area, giving the space a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.
