Dr. Fraser Mackenzie, a highly esteemed healthcare specialist, enlisted the expertise of Elite to conceptualize and construct his new specialist suite in Brisbane. Dr Mackenzie’s vision was to establish a thriving and bustling practice at his new premises.

To realise Dr. Mackenzie’s vision, Elite focused on optimising the clinical workflow within the practice. This involved the integration of custom storage solutions into joinery to ensure easy accessibility and organisation of patient files, subsequently reducing clutter and boosting administrative productivity. The kitchenette was ingeniously repurposed as a dual-function space, serving not only as a small staff breakout area but also concealing storage and IT infrastructure for the office.

Recognising the importance of creating a positive experience for patients and staff alike, Elite prioritised thoughtful design elements and finishes to imbue the space with warmth and welcome. The reception area, with its contemporary aesthetics and strategically designed height of the joinery, facilitates eye contact upon entry, promoting a sense of openness and approachability.

The design also took into account Dr. Mackenzie’s personal touch, incorporating his beloved artwork. Harmonious colours were applied to feature paints and joinery elements, creating a cohesive and visually appealing environment that seamlessly integrated the physician’s artistic preferences.
