Brisbane Urology Specialist Clinic Fitout Exudes Warmth and Sophistication

With the practice expanding to incorporate additional consultants, the Brisbane Urology Specialist Clinic took the opportunity to extend and fitout their premises.  

After resolving a minor issue with building approval regarding exit door requirements, Elite collaborated with Brisbane Urology’s architect Robyn Booth to complete the upmarket specialist clinic fitout.    The project included demolishing the existing fitout prior to updating partitions, ceilings, and lighting throughout the clinic.  Plumbing, drainage, electrical and mechanical service works were performed in the reception and waiting areas, consult and procedure rooms as well as administration offices.     

The overall vision for the practice was to provide a functional space that worked well for the expanding practice. The specialist clinic also needed to be warm and welcoming for both patients and staff.   To achieve this vision, extra space was configured for the new consultants, and layout issues were also resolved.

For the practice’s aesthetic vision, Robyn suggested finishes that had a point of difference.  The colours chosen – while classic in design – are also elegant.  Rich chocolate brown carpet features throughout, alongside dark timber and white joinery. These colours worked well with the white joinery and the contrasting orange accents, creating a space that is striking.

Brisbane Urology wanted the reception area and waiting room to have warmth, but also to have a unique look.  To achieve this vision, orange from the brand colours features throughout the front of house area.

Now operating out of their newly fitted out and expanded specialist clinic, Brisbane Urology is very happy about the fitout process and the end result.
