Collaboration From Start To Finish For Clifton Family Dental Fitout

Having secured a premises in part of a village shopping centre complex, Clifton Family Dental approached Elite Fitout Solutions to assist with the fitout of their new practice.

The practice owner wanted to work with a company that took a collaborative, communicative approach to designing and fitting out the new space. As collaboration and communication are central to our award-winning, four-step process, Elite was a natural choice. Before beginning work on the fitout, the Elite team took the time to listen to the practice owner’s vision, which centred around an open environment so patients wouldn’t feel claustrophobic.  

The owner also wanted to attract walk-by traffic by leveraging a glass frontage that would allow people passing by to see the practice as an inviting space. To promote an open feeling, we incorporated glass in the practice’s façade. This also fulfilled the purpose of attracting attention from passers-by. The practice’s colour palette was chosen to be warm and friendly so it would enhance the inviting feel that formed such a central part of the owner’s vision.  

Throughout the fitout project, Elite stayed in constant communication with the owner of Clifton Family Dental. This meant there were never any unexpected surprises. This approach even allowed us to take advantage of opportunities that culminated in the completion of the project in a shorter timeframe than expected. As always, Elite’s collaborative and coordinative approach continued through our post-handover care.
