Your New Practice: Designing Your Perfect Practice

The Design phase is the third of our award-winning 4 step process, and delivers the blueprint for your new – and perfect – practice.  You will see your vision taking shape, with the layout and design concept drafted during the planning phase now finalised, and the necessary plans and drawings developed.

Elite is a full service fitout company. During this stage the team develop full documentation and drawings for construction including:

• floor plans
• design elevations
• services layout
• interior finishes and construction drawings.

These plans are then utilised to obtain building approval, and ultimately used as the basis for construction.

Designing To Overcome Challenges

Dr. Viyaya Chetty came to Elite with a strong vision. Dr Chetty wanted to provide a unique medical precinct that included specialised training, mental and allied health service facilities unique in her region.  The precinct needed to include three separate – yet connected – facilities in limited space. It was also important to provide effective access and flow between the three premises.
